The agriculture sector is one of the largest employers in Northern Ireland and produces a gross output of just under £1.5 billion each year. It is one of the few employment sectors that are continuing to grow steadily.
We aim to provide students with the knowledge required to compete for jobs in this sector or to continue their education in institutions such as Greenmount, Harper Adams and the Royal Agricultural University.
